It's such a sad thing that the World Cup would be coming to an end.
Nonetheless, FORZA ITALIAN! Italy will thrash France! Italy will maiximise their potential and play their best! Italy will kiss the cup! Cannavaro will raise the cup above his head!

I certainly hope so.

So far, all my favourite teams are either out by the quarters or semis. This morning match was disheartening. Ports had so many chances to score for goodness sake. They just didn't have a finisher to put the ball in the net. Well, each team has got their own flaws I suppose.

The youth are probably now all gathered at Dan's house having a smashing good time. Dan came to church today wearing his Italy jersey with a I-told-you-what-Italy-was-made-of face but I didn't really care. Brasil will come back stronger and fiercer in 2010. GGRRR ROAR!

Oh and this might sound incredibly unbelieveable but I swear and cross my heart. It's 100% truth! I dreamt of Kaka! How queer eh. Go ahead and laugh but it was really the sweetest sweetest dream I ever had! One of the best!

Sigh, why do I always fall for married men. Life is so unfair!
