You smile assuringly and my defenses fall

The flu bug bit me when I was out shopping with mum yesterday. I know how much I have to cover before blks start in freaking less than a month's time but the shopping trip was seriously unintentional.

Every girl claims to be a true blue shopaholic. I am no exception, just that I hate the changing process.

I don't enjoy queuing to try out clothes and taking the trouble to unbotton my shirt(should I wear a top full of buttons) or unzipping here, there and everywhere. And also messing up my hair if the top has a teeny weeny collar. It's super annoying to the max.

Shopping with mum has it pros and cons. She pays but! I'll have to try out every single outfit. I tried out 10 dresses and 4 tops. And viola! Came home empty handed. Well, uhm, not exactly lah.

Let's just say 8 out of 10 dresses look better on hangers. The other 2 didn't have my size. It was so huge, I think the elephants in the zoo would look sexay in them.

I found the 4 tops a lil too pricey. It wasn't worth the monay but mum was feeling awesomely generous so she bought 2 for me and another 3 for herself. My mother can really try and try and try on anything and everything. The salesgirl was nice lah. She didn't roll her eyes or anything like those in fcuk. Doesn't that explains why they are working there? Hmmm.

Oh! I dreamt of Tay! Ping! Hui! last night and I have no idea why. :))

Min: Ain't you a happy girl with new shoes! :) I think of you everytime I put on OUR slippers. Lol.

For those who are clueless, we swapped one side of slippers and now we have odd colour slippers.
