Counting blessings
It's exactly been a week since I celebrated my 18th birthday at Holland V NYDC on a very starry evening with the group. (By the time we left the restaurant, the stars lighted the way home). I haven't had time to blog about that all this while. There were more hours spent out than at home and even indoors, I had homework to complete or sleep to catch up on. Thank God for Good Friday. For sending His son to die for sinners, for holiday, for...
Time to give due credit to the certain individuals for making the birthday bash a success! As you girls have put it - there were obvious blunders and loopholes - be assured that I was absolutely oblivion to them. Not something that I should be proud of anyway.

Funny when people ask how you are going to celebrate your birthday when really, you can't pop the champagne or party through the night without company. In my opinion, birthdays simply show how much friends appreciate and value a person. Thank you for making me feel special. I am finally 8teen! Legal to do many wrong things but will gladly stick to things that are right.
Emm & Gen: Even if the night ended with just the three of us, it would just be as worthwhile. Love!
And on the 31st March itself, I spent the day in church for cell. (Vivian came to join us for the first time!) The older youth held a mini celebration for me with an ice-cream tub as a substitute for a cake. If birthdays were celebrated everyday, I would have to join TAF club in no time! Yeek!
Nonetheless, thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou everyone who sms-ed, called, made cards, specially bought gifts and what-have-you-done-to-make-me-smile, THANK YOU A MILLION GIRLS AND BOYS, LADIES AND GERMS!
